We have players from all over the country come to be a part of the Sawmills Timberkings and call Caldwell County home for the summer. Without you, that wouldn’t be possible! Housing a player begins at the end of May and lasts until the end of July. It’s just for a few months but the relationships you will build with these players will last a lifetime! You also get some royal perks! Every family member living within the household will receive season passes for the summer, discounts on Timberkings merchandise and you get to be a part of a dedicated host family event night at the end of the season!
What Does It Mean To Be A Host Family?
Providing a safe, clean and comfortable living space for your player(s)
Meals are optional! While providing meals for your player is not a requirement, many families do offer home cooked meals and the opportunity to dine out with the family. The choice is up to you!
Transportation is not a requirement! Most players will bring their own vehicles but even for the ones that don’t, they usually find themselves riding with other players that do have their own transportation
Players must follow house rules! We have a strict, no tolerance policy for our players when it comes to their host families. If at any point there is an issue with your player please let us know and we will take the appropriate next steps
